I am an NRF-rated researcher at Walter Sisulu University, South Africa. I hold a PhD in Education Management and Leadership, a master’s degree in Educational Management, and a B.A. Ed in English Language. I have received numerous research awards, including being named the Most Productive Researcher three years in a row and earning the Vice Chancellor’s Research Award in recent times at Walter Sisulu University, South Africa. I serve as the Editor-in-Chief of two accredited journals, and I am also an editorial board member and guest editor for various accredited journals. I am a member of the South African Education Research Association (SAERA), the Higher Education Learning and Teaching Association of Southern Africa (HELTASA), the British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society (BELMAS), the Nigeria Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP), and the Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM). I have supervised many postgraduate students from the University of the Free State and Walter Sisulu University. To date, I have published three books and more than 100 articles in local and international journals, chapters in books, and conference proceedings. My research focuses on but is not limited to qualitative and quantitative research approaches, social and Africanised pedagogy, and conflict management.
